The Power of Play: Advocating for Developmentally Appropriate Practice

This is the theme for the 2024 Annual Conference and Expo scheduled for April 19-21, 2023 at the Pasadena Convention Center (Pasadena, CA). We received 270 workshop proposals, and the proposal reviewers have completed their work, which ensured that every proposal had three reviews. The next task is to evaluate the reviews with Conference Leaders to make the final selections by the end of November. The Conference Committee is in the final stages of reviewing keynote options – we expect to make our decision by the end of November. Look for the announcement on the conference website. Hotel information is coming soon – stay tuned. The two hotels with group rates are the Hotel Dena (formerly known as the Sheraton Pasadena) and the Hilton Pasadena. If you are interested in exhibiting our staff team is building out the platform – expect information available by early December. The Conference Committee and I look forward to delivering a spectacular conference experience. We hope to see you in Pasadena in April 2024!
