Congratulations to CAEYCs New Board Officers!

We are pleased to congratulate our new officers for their 2016-2018 terms. Gloria Davis will become the Treasurer and Adria Taha-Resnick will take the position of Vice President. Their terms will begin July 1, 2016 and end June 30, 2018. Please join us in congratulating these two as you interact with them.

We are also excited to share that we did have greater voter participation this year! Thank you to those who exercised your membership benefit of voting…it is an important component of the success of the organization. Those who voted at the HUB in the CAEYC booth, doubled the number of votes for this year…we are gaining voting participation.

The nomination process for the positions of Secretary and President-Elect is under way. If you would like to nominate someone for one of these positions, or would like to learn about them, please contact us at info@caeyc.org, and we will follow up with you. The term for Secretary is two years, July 1, 2017-June 30, 2019, the candidate elected to President-Elect, serves two years as President-Elect (2017-2019), two years as President (2019-2021) and two years as Past President (2021-2023). Holding one of these positions is a rewarding experience and unique opportunity for networking, developing leadership skills and contributing to the future of the organization. Eligible candidates must have been active CAEYC members for the past five years and served on a CAEYC Committee and held a two-year term on the CAEYC board within the past five years.
