NorCal Men and Child Care Conference
The Inaugural NorCal Men and Child Care Conference is brought to you through a collaboration between Sacramento Valley Association for the Education of Young Children, Peninsula Association for the Education of Young Children, East Bay Association for the Education of Young Children, Redwood Empire Association for the Education of Young Children, National Human Development Foundation, and the Men in Child Care Committee of the California Association for the Education of Young Children.
In a safe and collaborative environment, you will:
- Learn and discuss the history of men working in the early care and education profession and the unique challenges they experience.
- Explore and identify resources and support for men working in the field of early care and education.
- Co-develop an advocacy plan to promote more gender equity.
