    Give the Gift of Professional Development

    CAAEYC was approached by CAAEYC member and parent Albert Beltrán Jr who wanted to provide an opportunity for one of the staff of his daughter’s child care center to attend the 2019 CAAEYC Annual Conference and Expo next April. We worked with him to identify staff Charmaine Wigham of Kinderwood Children’s Center to be the lucky recipient of his generosity. Below are a few words from Mr. Beltran.

    The staff at Kinderwood Children's Center deserves so much. I wanted to give something back to them, something they don't typically ask for. At the school district where I work, attending conferences is a great way grow professionally, so I'm happy to support Kinderwood Program Director Ms. Char to attend this year's CAAEYC conference.
