Responding to the request and support of the early childhood community in the State of California, the CAAEYC Accreditation Committee will present three workshops on two topics at upcoming 2019 CAAEYC Annual Conference and Expo:
Renewing NAEYC Accreditation
Panel members, including a NAEYC staff member and early childhood program directors, will share their knowledge and experience on recent changes in Accreditation and how NAEYC supports you through the renewal process. Workshop will be held on Friday, April 12, 2:00pm-3:30pm.
Accreditation 101: Understanding the Accreditation
Are you considering NAEYC accreditation? Please join us for a workshop by an NAEYC staff member and current preschool director(s). The basics of NAEYC accreditation and what to do/not to do will be shared. Two workshops will be held on this topic, so pick one and join: Friday, April 12, 4:00pm-5:30pm; and Saturday, April 13, 8:00am-9:30am.
NAEYC Accreditation Celebration Reception
Do you work at a NAEYC Accredited center/organization? Come and celebrate your hard work and achievement – you earned it and you deserve it! Free hors d’oeuvres, soft drinks and live music performed by Reminisce. Friday, April 12, 5:45pm-6:30pm.
