The East Bay Chapter envisions high-quality and culturally responsive services accessible to all children and families in Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco Counties. We envision a professional workforce who is recognized and compensated equitably. We envision systematic change in all social institutions impacting children and families and believe this change can be achieved through quality education, research, professional development and advocacy.
