Committee Member - Public Policy
Joyce Stone is currently a Program Manager for the Santa Barbara County Education Office, having worked in the ECE field for 20 years. Joyce is responsible for the Child Care Planning Council and other projects including the ECE Leadership Project, and collaborating with First 5 Santa Barbara on the AB 212 stipend program and the Quality Rating Improvement System. Joyce has been a member of the CAEYC Public Policy Committee since 2004 and has been the Chair since 2011. She also is the Co-chair of the CA Child Care Coordinators Association and the CA Child Development Coalition.
