Jean Goulart, M.A., a Pacific Oaks College alumna, has a long career in the field of early childhood. She continues to provide quality care from her LFCC established in 2000. Jean is an adjunct professor at Napa Community College. She is an Outdoor Classroom Specialist One, a Professional Growth Advisor, and a Music Together® Director/Teacher. In 2013, Jean was awarded the Lake County Child Planning Council Provider of the Year Life Time Achievement Award and CAEYC Annual Conference Award. Jean was awarded the 2014 Terri Lynne Lokoff/Children’s Tylenol® National Child Care Teacher Award and received the honor of the CAEYC President’s Education Award.
