Region 3 - Affiliate Representative
Eileen is a program administrator and workforce development specialist for the early learning workforce with more than twenty-five years of experience as an executive and senior manager in operations and finance in private non-profit and high-tech organizations. She is currently the CEO of a small consulting practice delivering program management services and relationship based training and technical assistance to child development professionals. She also teaches online courses in the Human Development Department at Pacific Oaks College.
