Stephanie Aguilar is the current director of the Child Development Training Consortium. She is also administers the IMPACT project for Stanislaus County. Over the past 10 years, she has been an Early Childhood practitioner, a program manager for child development programs including Early Head Start, California State Preschool Programs and Family Childcare and a professional development trainer for ERS, CLASS, MMCI and more. She is focused on quality improvement programs, family support, coaching and social-emotional development.
Cindy Lovett is an Administrative Technician for the Child Development Training Consortium (CDTC). She is considered an expert statewide, regarding the requirements of the Child Development Permit. Her knowledge of the permit application process is extensive. Cindy has presented detailed CDTC information at conferences and provided trainings statewide on the qualifications of the Child Development Permit and professional growth renewal requirements.
