Her role as a coach is to guide caregivers in strengthening and pursuing their individual professional goals in order to advance the quality of work they provide to children and families.
Liliana has a strong commitment to volunteer and leadership roles, including current role as President of Southern California Chapter of CAAEYC, past President of the California State University Northridge's Early Childhood Education Master's Association, alternate-member of LA Policy Roundtable for Child Care and Development, past-secretary for Southern California Chapter-CAAEYC, and member of the North Bay satellite community/committee.

Fran Chasen MA, an Early Childhood Consultant, Children's Issues and Answers focuses, on system change in the area of early intervention, child care and health services for families and children with special needs. She is currently Public Policy Liaison for the California Infant Development Association and serves in Public Policy leadership positions in other early childhood associations. She works successfully in collaboration with parents and other community groups to develop and implement legislation benefiting young children. She has directed community early intervention services, high risk infant, child care, Head Start, Resource and Referral, and Alternative Payment programs.
