MISSION

Vision
The vision for Redwood Empire Association for the Education of Young Children is that all children and families in Lake and Mendocino counties have access to affordable high quality early child development services. In addition, that the early child development programs in these communities have the resources needed to provide quality services as well as retain and support qualified, competent, and well compensated staff.

Mission
The Purpose of REAEYC is to:

  • Serve and act on the behalf of the needs and rights of young children 0-8 years of age.
  • Provide resources, support, and educational services to the adults who work with and for young children 0-8 years of age
VOLUNTEER

Get involved and you'll help shape the future of the early childhood profession. Experience the power of diverse perspectives and shared commitment to young children and our profession as we strive to be a high performing inclusive organization.

Redwood Empire AEYC has become a powerful voice not only within the local community, but in the greater childhood development field, through continued support by volunteers. Our continued success depends on member volunteers who want to make a difference.

Please consider showing your support by offering a few hours per month of your time to help us make Redwood Empire AEYC a model affiliate. If interested, please contact us.
