Vision
The vision of the CELA-AEYC is to bring together individuals to the East Los Angeles communities for the purpose of:

Fostering the growth and education of individuals working with young children and their families.
Promoting high quality, and comprehensive early childhood programs.
Maintaning high standards of professional conduct.

Mission
CELA is a professional organization that provides:
