Symposium on the workforce development study for CA EL QIS under the leadership of the Contra Costa Local Planning Council to learn what the state advisory subcommittee has developed. This work will prepare ECE professionals for universal preschool which will soon be available for all families with young children who want them to have a high quality early learning experience.
